Brief scope of works

We were proud to have worked with Bogle Architects on this exciting new office development at Oxford Science Park. The 6,974m² development is the first building to be submitted for planning since Magdalen College took full control of the park in January, having acquired a 50% stake held by M&G Real Estate. SOCOTEC Building Control Ltd were involved from the initial planning stages of the project, allowing means of escape solutions to be agreed and ensuring an efficient approach to the build and costings. We offered advice and possible solutions to issues involving access to the building and travel distances within.
