Project Overview
This three storey L-shaped building creates two 18m deep office spaces on each of the floors. The building consists of office space, research accommodation, a restaurant, board room, seminar space, meeting rooms and break-out areas.
Brief scope of works
We were appointed by the Developer MEPC Milton GP limited to provide Building Control Services for 4 detached Office / Laboratory buildings with an estimated construction cost of £35m.The photograph shows one of the buildings, Building B, where we worked closely with the Architects to ensure that the Shell & Core building over 3 stories was flexible enough for the subsequent Tennant Fit out to CAT B.
We were again appointed for the CAT B fit out works where the relationship with the Architects ensured that the Tenants needs were met without any principal design changes.
