Project Overview

With the generous floor to ceiling heights, a new mezzanine floor was introduced, increasing the efficiency of the available floorspace. The entire space is unified with a graphic wall which brings colour and life to the spaces while also incorporating wayfinding and signposting.

Brief scope of works

Refurbishment of the ground floor comprising of the insertion of a mezzanine level for additional computer lab space and new gantry level. The refurbishment ground floor space also tied together the new main entrance to the Drysdale Building. As part of the ground floor refurbishment alterations to south façade’ included new openings to allow direct access  to enhance courtyard space with new fabric canopy.
