Pinnacle House is a commercial project in Wimbledon for Aviva Investors.
Brief scope of works
An office refurbishment in Wimbledon involving reconfiguration of internal spaces, re-cladding of the front elevation, removal of the existing roof, and three storeys added to the building – doubling the existing floor area to 50000sqm. We worked with the clients from early stages to assist them with gaining approval for the works and obtaining Local Authority Fire Officer approval.
