Brief scope of works

This special project involved the construction of a three storey, 64 bedroom luxury residential care home offering ensuite bedrooms with spa bathrooms, associated ancillary and leisure facilities including private dining areas, summer lounges, large kitchen, hair salon, activities room, cinema and large terrace.

SOCOTEC Building Control Ltd worked closely with the Design Team at an early stage to ensure compliance matters were closed out prior to planning applications particularly in relation to fire safety and achieving safe progressive means of escape.
