Project Overview
New business district including 1,000 residential units and 4.7 million sq. ft. of retail and leisure space. The development will re-instate the Royal Docks as a contemporary commercial trading centre. The scheme is the largest development of its kind in the UK and represents one of the first direct investments by a Chinese developer in London’s property market.
