Why have I received this email?

It is over 28 days since we last received any contact from you regarding your project. We are sure that there are good reasons for this, however, our computer systems have highlighted this fact and sent an automated email to the relevant members of the project team.

It is important that we are kept up to date with the progress of your project. It helps us assess the status of the works and assist you in any queries you may have. Regular contact also ensures that we are able to provide a final certificate for the works within regulatory timescales when your project reaches the completion stage.

Maintaining regular contact with us is a part of our terms and conditions. Should we find that there is a prolonged period with no contact, we will have no choice but to revert the project to the local authority who will take over the Building Control provision.
